Ridhish is part of the seed fund team at AdvantEdge and runs their early stage startup programs. He has co-founded two startups including a gaming company focused on poker called The Shark and EasyLaw, a legal services platform in India.

His previous experience includes stints in the financial services industry with Cantor Fitzgerald and Grant Thornton.

Ridhish studied Economics at University of Cambridge, M.Sc. in Finance at University of Manchester and has a B.Sc. in Business and Management from University of Bradford.
